Grace Digital GDI-IR2550P Pandora Wi-Fi Internet Radio
Review by Charles Lagreca "Charles" : Grace Digital GDI-IR2550P Pandora Wi-Fi Internet Radio
The music stations in our area are not very good. With this radio, we can now listen to thousands of station from all over the world. It was easy to hook up and gets the job done. However, the display is not state-of-the-art. It's small and it scrolls to show you information. The click feel of the main knob could be better. And, the display is too bright in our bed room at night even though it dims. By the way, you can do everything this radio does with a computer if you don't mind putting a computer with it's monitor, keyboard and mouse in your bedroom. We didn't want to do that. With it's minor flaws, I have to say, I love the thing and would buy it again. In fact, I think I'm going to buy a second one.

Review by JessePenn : Internet radio as part of home theater system
I purchased this internet radio to be part of our stereo system for the house. I have purchased two other internet radios for our summer house and our bedroom and really loved the clarity and stability so decided to add one to the stereo system to get better reception for AM mostly and Pandora. One of the internet radios that we had purchased already was a Grace so I was familiar with its performance and was satisfied. The features that I was interested in for this GDI-IR2550P was Pandora and the stated ability to hook it into a home entertainment system. It took me only about 5 minutes to hook it up and it began self searching for the wireless network. I put in our code, which is somewhat tedious but it worked fine. The sound is about as expected for a radio of this size and price but since I was hooking it into my home theater system, that wasn't important to me. Overall, the system works as expected. I like the "My stuff" feature so I can quickly get to the precoded stations, etc. I was hoping that the remote for the theater system would be able to turn the radio on but it is apparently on a different frequency but that is minor. I think it is an excellent value to price purchase and I would purchase it again either as a stand alone radio or as a low cost addition to a home theater system.

Review by Nick Lindrup : Nice Little Raido
This is the first internet radio I have bought so I have nothing to compare this too but its a solid little radio. It was a little bit of a hassle setting it up, namely with syncing it up to my SIRIUS account but I got it working eventually. The sound quality is average which is fine for me considering I use it for SIRIUS talk mainly. The controls and menu are good. It only took a few minutes to figure everything out. I only had a few problems, one being the weight of the radio. It seems to be a little to light. You push the big knob in to select and when I push it in I have to hold the radio with my other hand to keep it from sliding (Small complaint, not a huge deal). Also the remote that comes with it is kind of trash. It seems to work really when every it wants, I am not sure if its just mine of what but it got annoying fast. Luckily when you create a Pandora playlist or select a station from SIRIUS or any other internet radio station it automatically saves. So the next time you turn it on it loads right up. My last complaint is with the Grace Digital customer service. When having problems with SIRIUS they had no real answers. In fact I called a SIRIUS rep and a lady helped me get it working and she has no affiliation or experience with Grace Digital. All in all its a solid radio with an easy to navigate menu, that puts out adequate sound. If your in the market for an internet radio this could be a nice choice.
